The Founder

Ramesh Chand Vijay ji is an exemplarily personality for society. He born in middle class family and therefore understands the value of education and values. He retired from the post of Dy. Registrar from University of Rajasthan after 42 years of service. During his service tenure he helped a lot of students financially and morally. His simplicity of living and thoughts with bold personality are enough to enlighten the path of strayed youth. After his retirement and being free from his family duties, he put himself in society welfare works. He did a lot of work for plantation and cleanliness of parks and society roads. His bold voice keeps himself as a face for any society event. He was the secretary of Malviya Nagar society last year and presently working as an active member of working committee.

Mission

Ramesh Ji says, “You all are like my daughters and I want you all to keep your mind on a single goal (study).” Keeping this mission in mind he wanted to do something for Girls Education. And Adhyayan Girls Library is its product.

Vision

In his own words,

“Education is the basis of human wisdom and high concentration is needed for it. Being in university I understand the importance of self-studies and concentration. But nowadays we are having 2BHK flats, where there is no separate space for study without any disturbance. It is impacting a lot and therefore studious children also not gaining good marks.

Nowadays there are a lot of ways to understand the topic. One can join coaching or take online notes or may take help from online video tutorials, but no alternate of self-studies. Coaching is also for a limited time and after that you have to study by yourself.

So keeping these things in mind and having a free comfortable spacious space in the basement of my house, I planned it to develop in a study point where children can sit and concentrate over studies.

I used Best Quality Furniture and Fittings there. Each seating have separate light and power plug, so one can study at its own pace without disturbing others. Student can bring his laptop etc. for online study. Free High Speed Wi-Fi is available for uninterrupted studies. Separate drawer with locking system is available to put your laptop and other study material safe inside. Proper ventilation with Best of Industry Fans and Exhaust Fans is available.

Normally boys can go anywhere for study but in India girls safety is the primary concern for parents. So they do not let their daughters out anywhere especially in odd hours. Keeping this fact in mind I developed it in a Girls Study Point and named it – ‘Adhyayan Girls Library’. Here I assure you personally for your daughter’s safety. It is not only that I am providing a space only for girls, but I personally interview each student also to ensure all students who study here have only one thought in mind and that is of STUDY. You need not to worry for your daughter even at night. I live in a good society and the road is running in night as well with close proximity to Kardhani Shopping Center. I am the ex-secretary of this society. You may meet me personally for resolving any further doubts.”
